It's a before and after since I started going to reflexology sessions with Rachel. I've been going to help my menopause symptoms. I also have to say that sessions are lovely, relaxing and Rachel takes care of all the details to make one feel great and her place at Killinaboy is also lovely. I totally recommend her.

Not only is Rachel, one of the most nicest genuine souls I have ever met she is amazing at her job. I instantly feel lighter after every session with her. I feel so much more relaxed, I sleep like a baby that night after a session. I don’t feel stressed and I honestly am able to switch off nothing runs through my mind, which is huge for me. I find the sessions so relaxing and so beneficial. I have done 5 sessions with Rachel and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend.
